Happisburgh Lifeboats framed canvas prints

Had a nice email from Tim Grimmer at RNLI Station at Happisburgh last week. I have produced various display materials for the Lifeboat station including some large canvases of the boats in action. On the last job my printer had a bit of a “mad moment” and printed 2 of the biggest images the wrong size and shape ( I know – operator error) so rather than bin these “wrong” canvases I mounted and framed them and gave the 2 large (30″x20″) framed canvas pics to the RNLI to use as they wished. So they auctioned them – see Tim’s email below – so my “mistake” was worth £295 to the RNLI 😃

Hi Chris
Just to let you know that the two large photos of Happisburgh lifeboats have been auctioned at our annual lifeboat dinner and raised £295 for the RNLI.
Many thanks for the donation of the pictures.
Regards Tim
